Student Fees and Funding

The Student Fees and Funding team, part of the Student Administration Student Affairs function, provides information and advice relating to government and Oxford financial support (bursaries and tuition fee reductions for undergraduates), University tuition fees and fee status, supporting prospective and current students and the collegiate University on all aspects of fees and funding. In addition to administering a broad number of scholarships and study abroad schemes including Erasmus+, the team also manages central University hardship funds for both undergraduates and postgraduates.

Co-ordination of the termly fee schedule and the formal non-payment of fees procedure are undertaken by the team, who are responsible for the return of attendance data to the Student Loans Company, the calculation of students' fee liability and co-ordination of the University Continuation Charge.

Students are able to use the online University’s Fees, funding and scholarship search to find out how much their course will cost and what funding might be available to them to support their studies. The search includes 'University-wide' scholarships, college and departmental awards over £1,000.

Further fees and funding information and guidance is available to students on the Oxford Students website.
