Process Management

The Process Management team provides expertise in the review and implementation of changes to processes and procedures associated with all stages of the student career.

The team helps to identify where development of the Oracle Student System (OSS) is required to deliver changes which render the University's relationship with both staff and students more efficient, ensures detailed and accurate information is available for planning purposes, and enables the University to meet the requirements of regulation and legislation.

The team works with Business Services and Projects to implement these developments and engages with the users of student systems through activities such as consultation, user acceptance testing, and training, so that they can make the most effective use of technology.
