Student Systems
What was formerly the Process and Change Management team has now been incorporated into the Student Systems Programme, which is delivering plans for the replacement of the University's student systems over the next four years.
The team provides expertise in the review and implementation of changes to processes and procedures associated with all stages of the student career. The team helps to identify where development of Oxford's core student records database is required to deliver changes which render the University's relationship with both staff and students more efficient, ensures detailed and accurate information is available for planning purposes, and enables the University to meet the requirements of regulation and legislation. The team works with IT Services to implement these developments and engages with the users of student systems so that they can make the most effective use of technology.
