Support & Training (SPTN)
The Workstream Implementation Group (WIG), has been formed and reviewed the pre-workstream group recommendations. The two sub-groups, Support and Training, will work on the detail of the proposal for review and agreement. A recommendation from the WIG will be made to the Student Systems Programme Governance groups for a future training and support model, in time for Degree Ceremonies go-live in August/September 2012.
The workstream chair is Andy Garlick.
