The new Access Guide
This guide is intended for everyone, although there is a strong focus on disability, ranging from those with mobility issues to visual and hearing impairments and also to chronic health conditions and specific learning difficulties.
Both the Estates Services and the Disability Advisory Service are working hard to collect information and build a new website but it will take some time to have a full and complete catalogue of access across the University.
The new guide will be launched in two phases, the first will have easy to navigate web pages, with lots of photos and floor plans to make anticipating everybody’s journey easier! During the second phase we will be incorporating the information for individual buildings into University maps to complete the final piece of the jigsaw.
