The centre is based in an old Victorian house, which has no specific adaptations for disabled people. The front door is the only means of access and is a steep +4 stairs. There is a steep -13 stairs, from the ground floor. There is no lift in the building and there are five floors in all including the basement. There are no toilet facilities on the ground floor.

The Centre Librarian is on site Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons (12.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.) to assist with requests either in person or by phone/fax/email. For all other queries regarding access requirements/facilities, please contact the Administrator on (01865) 274448.
