This is an open access facility. There are taught classes or the option to self-teach. The main entrance is -4 stairs. There is a bell push by the main entrance to summon assistance; this is accessible from the pavement. There are two alternative entrances, which are kept locked for security purposes. A phone call to the centre in advance would be necessary to gain access.

Wheelchair access to the Common Room and one accessible toilet can be reached from the first alternative entrance (1 large step) to the left of main entrance, using the portable ramp provided. Toilet seat is 395mm high, no rail at the back of toilet, otherwise good. Assistance may be required with ground floor facilities. One ground floor classroom is equipped with an induction loop for hearing impaired students. Access to two classrooms, accessible self-study computer, and second accessible toilet is via the second alternative entrance (further left), which is at pavement level, and does not require ramps. The Library staff will bring down materials requested from the library.

First Floor - Audio self-study rooms, self-study computers, language lab, and three classrooms; access is via stairs.

Second Floor - Library, video self-study booths, one classroom, and multimedia computer study room; access is via stairs.
