There is an alternative entrance at the side of the building for users with mobility difficulties. Level access is via a ramp (adjacent to the parking space).
At the door is a yellow phone box that connects to the Porters lodge/library staff - regular users will be issued with a key fob that will open the door.
This entrance leads to a lift that facilitates access within the library.
