Coming through the main door, reception is immediately on your right hand side.  From the accessible entrance, go up in the stair lift to the ground floor and the reception desk will be on your left hand side.  The reception desk is at a low height, and is fitted with a counter loop.  To check in for an appointment with a career advisor that you have booked in advance, you will need to use one of the computers on the counter and swipe your card through the card reader.  Reception staff will direct you accordingly.

There is a small waiting area to the right side of reception.  The space has several chairs and a low coffee table.

The level entrance door is opened manually.  If you contact reception via the intercom, someone will come and guide you into the building.

Doors to seminar and interview rooms have long visual panels.  They will usually be held open when there is an event taking place, but if this isn’t the case, they are not heavy.
