6 St John Street is ideally located in the centre of Oxford, within walking distance of the centre of Oxford and many departments and colleges. There are 5 rooms and tenants share one bathroom with a shower, kitchen, and lounge/diner. There is also a separate WC.

Cleaning

While cleaners are provided in shared accommodation to do a light clean (generally dusk, wipe and hoover) in communal areas, it’s the tenants responsibility to keep these are cleaned at all times to be fair on everyone in the house/premises. This involves cleaning the cooker after each time it is used and the bathrooms, etc. Should this not be done then additional cleaning charges will be made to the entire household and the free cleaning service removed.

Computer Connection

There is no University network in these rooms. Internet access is only available through a USB dongle or mobile phone internet access.

Utilities

All bills are included in the rent.

Furnishing/Equipment

The rooms have the basic furnishing ie bed and desk and chair etc but tenants must provide their own bed linen, crockery, cutlery, cooking and household items.

Houses have gas central heating.
