Woodstock Road Terrace

On Woodstock Road, opposite the Old Radcliffe site, we have a row of terraced houses, some of which are available for sharers. Each house can accommodate 3 single sharers. These houses are ideally located within walking distance of the centre of Oxford and many departments and colleges. Tenants share a kitchen and bathroom, some houses also have a separate dining room.

Car Parking

There is no parking.

Cleaning

While cleaners are provided in shared accommodation to do a light clean (generally dusk, wipe and hoover) in communal areas, it’s the tenants responsibility to keep these are cleaned at all times to be fair on everyone in the house/premises. This involves cleaning the cooker after each time it is used and the bathrooms, etc. Should this not be done then additional cleaning charges will be made to the entire household and the free cleaning service removed.

Computer Connection

There is no University network but tenants can use their own provider and wireless internet is permitted.

Utilities

All bills are included in the rent.

Furnishing/Equipment

The houses have the basic furnishing ie bed etc but tenants must provide their own bed linen (including pillows), crockery, cutlery, cooking and household items.

Heating

Houses have gas central heating.

Laundry

Each house has its own washing machine. Some have a washing line in the back yard.

Telephone

The houses have telephone points and tenants have to get their own supplier and pay their own bills.
