132/133 and 140 Walton Street

132/133 and 140 Walton Street are within a few minutes walk of the city centre. There are 21 en-suite rooms, 14 at 132/133 and 7 at 140.

Cleaning

While cleaners are provided in shared accommodation to do a light clean (generally dust, wipe and hoover) in communal areas, it’s the tenants responsibility to keep these are cleaned at all times to be fair on everyone in the house/premises. This involves cleaning the cooker every time it is used, and the bathrooms, etc. Should this not be done then additional cleaning charges will be made to the entire household and the free cleaning service removed.

Computer Connection

All the rooms will have a computer connection to the University Network.

Bills are included in the rent.

Furnishing/Equipment

Tenants must provide their own bed linen (including pillows), crockery, cutlery, cooking and household items.
