132/133 and 140 Walton Street
132/133 and 140 Walton Street are within a few minutes walk of the city centre. There are 21 en-suite rooms, 14 at 132/133 and 7 at 140.

There is a lockable cycle cage for bicycles at 25 Wellington Square.

Cleaning
While cleaners are provided in shared accommodation to do a light clean (generally dust, wipe and hoover) in communal areas, it’s the tenants responsibility to keep these are cleaned at all times to be fair on everyone in the house/premises. This involves cleaning the cooker every time it is used, and the bathrooms, etc. Should this not be done then additional cleaning charges will be made to the entire household and the free cleaning service removed.
Computer Connection
All the rooms will have a computer connection to the University Network.
Utilities
Bills are included in the rent.
Furnishing/Equipment
Tenants must provide their own bed linen (including pillows), crockery, cutlery, cooking and household items.
Heating
The houses has gas central heating and this included in the rent.
Laundry
132/133 has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Tenants in 140 Walton Street use the laundry at 137 Walton St.
Telephone
Rooms at 132/133 will have a telephone connection, via the University network, which gives free calls to other University extensions. The cost of the telephone line rental and all calls outside the University network (plus VAT) is charged quarterly. There will be no telephone lines at 140 Walton Street.
