Landlords

Do you have a house, flat or room that you would like to let to members of the University?

We use STUDENTPAD where landlords can register their information and properties online.

Please sign the Ethical Statement for the Green Light campaign - Ethical statement (25kb)

The Accommodation Office encourages all our landlords to become accredited with Oxford City Council.  For more information please visit their website (see Related Links).

If you would like to display details of a house/flat/room which you would like to let to a member of the University please go to

where you can register.

Please visit Advertising your property for more information.  Before we can accept accommodation to display we ask that the landlord/householder accepts these important precepts:

  • that all members of the University are accepted and treated without discrimination in respect of colour, race, religion or nationality

  • that the accommodation offered is safe and clean and appropriately furnished and the administration of the tenancy is carried out efficiently.

  • that in return for a free letting service no extra charges, apart from rent and deposit, are made. We also ask that no letting agents are involved unless any charges they make are paid for by the landlord.

Charges

There is a one-off charge of £30 per property to be registered on the database.

Adverts are charged at £20 per advert for any 28-day period.

Please note: After the payment is received by the Accommodation Office, the advert will go live as soon as possible during normal working hours.
