Residence limits
This is a summary of the procedure required when students wish to live outside the prescribed limits, namely 6 miles from Carfax for Undergraduates and 25 miles from Carfax for Graduates
Procedures
The following should be sent to the Accommodation Officer, Land Agent's and Accommodation Office, Ewert House, Ewert Place, Summertown, Oxford OX2 7DD to administer. The application can only be considered when all of the information below has been received.

A letter from the College outlining the circumstances why the student has applied for Dispensation.

A copy of the communication from the student making the application.

A letter from the student's Senior Tutor (or equivalent) should be sent at the same time as the College letter.
Once all the above has been received the Accommodation Officer will send the application to the Proctor's Office for a decision to be made.
The College will be informed by the Accommodation Officer of the Proctor's decision.
