IT Services was created on 1 August 2012 through a merger of the three central IT departments – Business Services and Projects (BSP), Oxford University Computing Services (OUCS) and ICT Support Team (ICTST).

It will take at least a year before the process of integrating the three central IT departments is fully achieved. We ask that you bear with us during this transition, which will include the creation of a consolidated IT Services website and a single Helpdesk.

BSP is part of University Administration and Services (UAS). We partner with the departments of UAS, and through them, with the rest of the collegiate University, to deliver key information services for staff and students.
