Oxford Active: Active Camps
One of Oxfordshire’s longest established Children’s Holiday playschemes is now running into its 12th year!
Since 1998 Oxford Active has been providing Oxford University staff with childcare at Cherwell School and other locations in the school holidays. Oxford Active continues to offer a FREE bus service for parents from the Pitt Rivers Museum for any parent booking onto the Cherwell Camp. Our discounted rates for University parents are available for all University staff and students for our Cherwell Camp. As ever to qualify for the discount you must book up to seven days in advance.

Create Holiday Club Oxford Montessori Schools (Forest Farm)
'Create' has now been successfully running for over 5 years. We employ qualified teachers, so the children can learn as well as have fun at the playscheme. ‘Create’ takes place at Forest Farm, our farm school environment in Elsfield. We cook, paint, walk, take part in drama, music and dance, learn bushcraft skills and care for animals (our ponies, hens & peacock). Our history teacher Taryn leads special workshops during the summer holidays and, as she is also a costume maker, the children are able to dress up in period costumes. They adore playing Tudors or Elizabethans for the day. There is a bus services from various destinations in central Oxford. Please click Oxford Montessori Create for further information.
