Starting a new Club? Want to register an existing Club?
Contact: Clubs Officer or Clerk to the Proctors (non-sports, publications), Head of the Sports Department (sports)
Registration with the Proctors
Non-sports & publications - send application form and draft Constitution to the Proctors’ Office
Sports - send application form and draft Constitution to the Head of the Sports Department
Staying on the Register
Non-sports and publications - send re-registration form and last term’s accounts to the Proctors’ Office by end of week 2 each term
Sports - send annual registration form and accounts to the Head of the Sports Department (but termly accounts during first year of registration)
Applying for Grants etc.
Non-sports and publications - send application form and details to the Clerk to the Proctors by Monday of week 4 each term.
Sports - consult the Head of the Sports Department
Secretarial Services, Photocopying
