Resources on gender

This section introduces the work undertaken at Oxford on the gender gap in final honour school (FHS) examinations. The materials do not set out to provide complete explanations for or solutions to the gender gap, but they aim to encourage colleagues across the University to take note of and, where required, take action in relation to gender gaps in particular subjects or elements of those subjects. Individual tutors wishing to review their own practice can view the Oxford Learning Institute's checklist on equality issues in teaching at Oxford and information on online course on undergraduate admissions.
