Self-help books

The Bodleian Libraries has made a collection of self-help books to help students and staff who are experiencing difficulties.  To make it easier, these books are available as ebooks, so you don't even need to visit the library to read them.  The books cover topics such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, procrastination and anger.

This is the outcome of a project by the Bodleian Libraries Disability Subcommittee.  The books were selected in collaboration with the University's Counselling Service.
