This section gives information about what you can do to integrate equality and diversity into your work.

The personal responsibility and action section tells you how you can improve your knowledge of E&D issues - including through the training offered by the University - and the actions you can take to get more involved such as engaging with others, contributing to decision-making and carrying out an equality analysis of your work.

Other sections gives more detail about E&D considerations in career development and progression and recruitment, and advice on what you can do to build an inclusive workplace and for students.

The Diversity Fund was set up to provide resources for innovative projects to promote diversity, including Diversifying Portraiture.
