Paul Goffin 2 Estates Services aims to deliver a consistently high level of service that offers value for money, evolves to meet changing demands and helps others to meet their own departmental responsibilities.   

One of our key initiatives is aspiring to achieve the externally accredited Customer Service Excellence, demonstrating our individual and corporate commitment to help us deliver a customer service ethos – understanding and listening to our customers’ needs and delivering our promises.

Communication is also key to our success, and we have developed a strategy that we are embedding to enable effective and relevant two-way communication across the service and with our customers.

We want to know our customers better and ensure that we give them the information they need.
