The conversion of The Panthera Buildings at the Recanati-Kaplan Centre, Tubney House, a former barn and stable block, employed a range of 'green' construction products, notably carbon neutral hemp-based insulation material for the walls, natural lime plaster and mortar, sheep's wool insulation in the roof and solar energy to supplement heating and hot water needs.
