Facilities Management
The Estates Directorate is able to offer strategic advice to departments on Facilities Management issues.
Working closely with the Finance Division Purchasing Department, the Facilities Management team has negotiated contracts for a range of services including catering and cleaning. We have also developed generic documents that can be used by departments to carry out their own tendering exercises for these services.
We also have responsibility for Facilities Management in a number of University buildings and are developing strategies for the delivery of new services on the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter site.
