The Estates regulations identify departmental building, repair and maintenance responsibilities. Estates Services FM delivers to its managed buildings items defined as “departmental responsibility”.
Our services
- Arrange repair work either directly with Estates on your behalf or enabling you to log minor faults through FM Online. Prepare and supervise redecoration programmes and projects
- Liaise with Estates Services and contractors where appropriate
- Set up and supervise maintenance contracts (non Estates Services contracts)
- Manage Departmental minor repairs
