Mail Room services

There is a mail room service based at Wellington Square which provides franking and courier services to the wider University.  At present, this service provides full mail room facilities to all of the University Administration & Service departments’ managed buildings and a number of departments. 

The service is effective as it links with the University Messenger Service.  The post is brought in to the Mail Room via the University Messenger Services and the mail is then prepared and sent out on behalf of Departments. This helps to reduce the amount of franking machines, time and space utilised for departments. This is a very economic service available to departments as they are only charged for the direct mail costs.
