CSE success for Space, Options & Information

The Space, Options & Information team – part of Asset & Space Management – has become the latest part of Estates Services to be accredited under the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard.

Of 57 areas that were assessed, the team achieved ‘compliance plus’ – that is, it went beyond the requirements of the standard – in five. These were: developing an understanding of customer needs through consultation and insight; improving levels of customer satisfaction over time; enhancing ‘customer journeys’ through steps like the recent move of the Estates library to the Examination Schools; engaging in detailed consultation with customers; and promoting the Osney Mead masterplan and the benefits it will bring to the wider community

Eight other Estates Services teams also gained CSE accreditation in 2016; only three more now remain to be assessed this year before the whole department is accredited.
