Current Work Orders and Requests

Report Notes
Reactive work orders View reactive work orders in progress for your building(s). This report will show you the reactive requests reported through the R&M Helpdesk and also faults reported by Estates Services staff such as the Building Inspectors and Plant Attendants during their inspection routines. You can also check the target and revised completion dates to check when your work is scheduled to be completed.
Planned work orders View planned work orders for your building(s).  This report will show the status of building, electrical and mechanical planned minor works managed by the Estates Repairs and Maintenance teams.
Current work orders View all current work orders for your building(s).  This report will show the status of reactive requests reported to the Estates Helpdesk and planned minor work orders managed by the Estates Repairs and Maintenance teams.

Completed Work Orders and Requests

All completed work orders for your building(s).
All completed work orders logged by you.

Completed Helpdesk Requests charged to your department

Report Notes
Completed Orders - invoiced from DLO View completed work orders that have been charged to your Department by an invoice from the DLO.
Completed Orders - direct charge (KH Orders) View completed work orders that have been charged direct to your Department charge code using a KH Purchase Order. This option is used when the R&M Helpdesk source an approved external contractor on your behalf for chargeable repairs. A KH purchase order is raised on Oracle using your Department charge code. The cost of the contractor's invoice is then charged direct to your Department.
