Proposed Applications
All planning applications to be submitted by the University in respect of the functional estate, or within Oxford, must be approved by BESC. This is to ensure there is opportunity to discuss any concerns or issues with the applications proposed. Where University staff or departments have concerns over a proposed application, these comments should be addressed to BESC prior to submission, rather than being made directly to the Local Authority after an application has been lodged.
A guide to application types is provided at the bottom of the page. Detailed drawings and additional information can be viewed by clicking individual project descriptions. Please note all detailed drawings may not be available until closer to the BESC meeting.
