Space Data
The Information Management Team (IMT) holds data on every space in the University including: the department to which space is allocated; space type (activity within space); maintenance banding (for space charging) and area.
The database and floor plans are linked interactively, which means data can be queried either directly from the database or from drawings of each floor. Space data is available as floor plans or in tabular form.
Viewing space data
The links below allow authorised University members to access and view space information held on the Estates Services space management database for the buildings they occupy (or are authorised to view).

At present Estates Services is unable to provide this data as an online Excel spreadsheet. If you need the space data as an Excel spreadsheet, or in a different format, please request this from the Information Management Team by completing the online Request For Information form.Floor plans
The above drawings provide a simple level of background information. If more accurate floor plans (produced to scale) or drawings showing other space information are required in paper or electronic form then please use the online Request For Drawings form to specify your requirements.
It is also possible to view floor plans of your buildings using the CadViewer. To use the CadViewer your browser will need to be Java enabled. Depending on your PC user rights, you may need to contact your local IT support to install this free download.
