  • Divisional plans finalised and issued after approval by Divisional Boards (includes staff and student numbers, capital priorities and space issues)
  • Divisional Plans to Budget Sub-committee
  • Divisional Plans presented to PRAC

  • Review of space and capital priorities from PRAC presented to BESC

April/May

  • Estates Strategy review/updating

June

  • Divisional/Estates Services/PRAS estate priorities termly reviews
  • Draft Estates Strategy issued to BESC

  • Final Estates Strategy presented to BESC
  • Start of committee approval process
