Car Parking Working Group
The purpose of the Car Parking Working Group is:
- to review annually the total number of University parking spaces and make recommendations about appropriate allocations of departmental spaces and parking permits;
- to consider appeals arising from the recommendations made in (a);
- to set a timetable for applications to the reserve pool and to consider applications received;
- to review triennially the level of charging for University parking permits and make recommendations for charges for the following three-year period.
On all of these matters, the Group shall report as necessary to the Building and Estates Subcommittee (BESC), via the Environment Panel.
