Car Parking Application Forms

The application forms below should be used to apply for a new permit, obtain a replacement for a lost permit and to change the vehicle/contact details or cancel an existing permit. Car parking permits are valid from 1st October to 30th September each year. Staff on the main University payroll must pay for car parking charges via salary deduction. Non-payroll staff must pay via the online payment system.

Application form for motorcycles

Motorcyclists parking on University land are required to register their motorcycles annually via the permit application form. Currently registration is free and permits are not issued nor required to be displayed on the motorcycle. However, Security Services will be issuing warning notices to motorcycles not on the University register.
