PROVISIONAL DATES OF EXAMINATIONS

The provisional start dates of examinations and examination entry deadlines which were previously published in this volume are now produced as a separate document. This document is published in mid-September in the University Gazette and on the University website (www.ox.ac.uk), and is circulated directly to colleges and departments. The reason for this change is that the publication lead-time for this volume requires the inclusion of dates likely to change before the start of the academic year. The revised publication arrangements have led to greater reliability of published information on examination dates and entry deadlines, to the benefit of those who make use of it.
