Reservations/Helpdesk/Reprographics
A username and password is required to use the system and these are provided on request by contacting the Facilities Helpdesk. You can use the same login details for both Reservations and the Facilities Helpdesk. Once logged on, prompt screens will then direct you easily through the process but should you experience difficulties please contact the Facilities Helpdesk.
ReservationsMeeting rooms, equipment, hospitality and car parking may be reserved using this facility. |

HelpdeskMaintenance faults can be reported using this online facility. When the fault has been logged you will receive a reference number. You can track the progress of the resolution by viewing the 'Track my requests' report. |
