Who can be insured?

The following people can be covered:

University of Oxford employees and volunteers
University of Oxford students
Members of Proctors' registered Clubs and Societies

In all cases, cover will only apply if the person is travelling on University of Oxford business.

The following may be covered only after referral to the Insurance Team:

Travellers over the age of 75
Those with pre-existing health conditions (written evidence of fitness to travel from their GP/Consultant must be provided)
Travellers normally resident outside the UK

The University cannot insure members of the traveller's family.
