OSPS APEs: Change in Hours
If a member reduces their hours, the following form should be sent to notify the OSPS pensions team as soon as possible:
Change in hours (CHA2) form

This change should also be recorded on the annual return. A change in hours or grade can affect a member’s pension and the member may wish to contact OSPS to find out about the impact prior to any change. Please ask the member to contact the relevant OSPS pensions administrator for more information or to arrange an appointment to discuss this.
