OSPS: Changes in Personal Details

If a member informs you of a change of personal details due to marriage, divorce etc please could you ask them to inform us enclosing original supporting documents. Alternatively, you can certify photocopies of the originals if the member does not wish to put the originals in the post.

In the event of a change in personal circumstances, we recommend that members consider updating their nomination form.

Changes of home address

We do not hold home addresses for active members on our database as we use the payroll datebase for this purpose. However, it is very important  that you put the correct address for future correspondence on the leaver notification which you send to payroll.
