Standard Terms and Conditions, Agreements ⁄ Contracts
Under the University’s Financial Regulations property, contracts, and trusts section, all contracts for the purchase of goods must incorporate the University’s Standard Conditions of Purchase, and all contracts and agreements for the supply of services must be in the form of the University’s standard contract for services, unless (in either case) other forms are negotiated through the University Purchasing Department.
