Financial controls moved to separate key financial controls page. Process order; new advice regarding the need to retain evidence regarding the movement of goods overseas.

Managing Research Awards and Projects

14 July 2010: Accept Award - change made under Accept Award to the way that awards are set-up.

24 May 2010: Prepare and Submit Application - changes made under 'Preparing applications in response to Calls for Proposals/standard research grants' to include links to Research Services: step-by-step guide to the application process and sponsor information. Manage Award and Project - electronic timesheet - Amend Award: new section, 'Award Date Changes' added. Contains a link to request for award date Form RPF2 (32kb). Manage Claims and Invoices - JeS portal link updated.

Prepare Application - Change made to the financial level at which applications need to be sent to Research Services from £10k to £20k.
