Research

Research Accounts is responsible for raising claims, invoices and statements to research customers and for managing research debt.

The team is responsible for all internal and external reporting on the financial aspects of research, including supporting departments in meeting financial assurance requirements. The team also sets up and amends research awards on the grants module of Oracle Financials and is responsible for all internal and external reporting on the financial aspects of research.

Research Accounts works closely with departmental finance officers and administrators, and with Research Services, which is responsible for managing pre-award activities with departments.
