- Send carts to departmental list for consolidation and processing
- Assign carts to others for review or processing (optional)
- No purchasing limits

The Consolidated Preparer Role has the following capabilities:-
- Access the Marketplace environment via Oracle iProcurement responsibility
- Select items and create carts
- Link to external catalogues
- Assign carts to others for review or processing (optional)
- Review, edit and consolidate carts sent to their departmental list
- Enter financial detail and process requisitions in Oracle iProcurement
- Variable purchasing limits
