Graduate Accommodation is committed to engaging and consulting with our customers in a number of ways and we are always looking for new opportunities to do so.

Annual Tenant Survey

Since April 2014, we have undertaken an annual online survey to gather feedback about our services, by team and as a department. We use the results to:

  • measure improvements over the previous 12 months
  • direct further improvements in any areas that our customers feel dissatisfied
  • measure our performance against our values. (To be published)

Journey Map

We are interested to hear what you think about the process of applying for accommodation, and any improvements we could make. This journey map details the stages involved in the process. On the reverse you will find blank spaces to give us your thoughts about the service you have received, communication and information during the process.

You can download the journey map and return it to our office, you can email it to us, or you can simply send your comments by email or phone.

The feedback we receive will be used to improve the process for future tenants.
