Feedback and Queries

We welcome feedback about your accommodation and the service we provide and will use any feedback we receive to improve services where we can. If you would like to provide us with comments and suggestions, please feel free to get in touch with a member of the team or write to:

If you have specific queries or problems the following information will help to ensure you speak to the right person straight away:

  • For minor day-to-day repairs please contact your onsite Caretaker.
  • For problems associated with your tenancy agreement or any other paperwork relating to your accommodation, the management of your accommodation, or a member of the Caretaking staff, please talk to a member of the Graduate Accommodation Office team.
  • If there has been a change in your personal circumstances or you are experiencing personal problems, please talk to a member of the Graduate Accommodation Office team.
  • If you have a problem regarding the payment of your accommodation or any other charges associated with your accommodation, please contact the Graduate Accommodation Accounts Office

If the Graduate Accommodation Office has been unable to deal with your problem and you consider there is cause for a formal complaint, we ask that you follow the Complaints Procedure in order to ensure your complaint is dealt with fully.
