Graduate Accommodation Charter

The Graduate Accommodation Charter aims to provide a series of core values and standards the Graduate Accommodation Office commits to providing. It also explains your responsibilities as a resident in Oxford University Graduate Accommodation. We have produced this document to outline the way we can work together to make sure your stay at Oxford is memorable for the right reasons.

When you contact us we will:

  • Answer 9 out of 10 telephone calls within 10 seconds
  • Respond to 9 out of 10 emails within 3 working days
  • See you in person at the time scheduled, or within 10 minutes if unscheduled

In return we ask all residents to:

  • Adhere to the conditions set out in your tenancy agreement
  • Treat our staff with courtesy and respect
  • Show respect to your fellow residents and neighbours
  • Accommodate requests for access in order to maintain the property
  • Keep the property clean
