New UKBA applications forms and guidance

The UK Border Agency (UKBA) have issued new forms and guidance for use for student visa applications in the UK on or after 5 October 2009. Make sure you use this new version. The cost of applying for a visa has not changed. If you are making an application from overseas, please check the UK Visas webpage for the current version of the relevant paper application form, if you are unable to apply online.

Visa renewal: funding from a parent or legal guardian

Those applying for a new Tier 4 (General) student visa or need to renew an existing student visa can now supply evidence of funding from a parent or legal guardian. You can see full details in the Tier 4 Policy Guidance.
