Land Agent's Office
The Land Agent's Office & Accommodation (LAO) is the commercial property arm of the University (the Land Agent's), providing professional services, management and advice to the University across all property sectors. It also deals with the provision of graduate student accommodation. The University Parks and Wytham Woods also come within the remit of the LAO.
The LAO is part of the Finance Division, and is located in Ewert House, in Summertown. In supporting the University's strategic objectives to managing parts of its estate, the LAO plays an integral part in their facilitation and delivery. There is close contact with many parts of the University, including Academic Divisions and Departments, the Estates Directorate and Legal Services.
