University Address Lists
You don’t have to re-invent the wheel, there is a button on the Oxford Toolbar which will access address lists etc for various groups around the University. The format of the addresses is that for use by the Internal Messenger format. Queries and updates to the data referenced by these buttons should be sent to the helpdesk.
Set of labels for distribution
This button produces various sets of labels, in Word, for printing and distribution, e.g. for ‘Administrators: All Departments’ or ‘Administrators: Personnel’ and many more!
Department/College addresses and contacts
Departmental and college addresses, heads of departments and
administrators can be accessed from this button.
Note that not all departments have administrators but if one exists,
the button will find it. Selecting from the list accessed by the button will add the address to the point of the cursor.
