Training and Development
A comprehensive listing is available through the Staff Gateway.
Other Development Opportunities
Opportunities to gain or enhance personal and functional skills are also available from various other areas of the university. A table consolidating the potential training relevant to departmental administrators is in Documents.
The training courses in grey, italics and square brackets in the table are courses currently under development. Courses checked under 'Induction/Probation' are those considered to be particularly appropriate for new administrators and form the basis of discussions soon after arrival to agree a tailored programme to be undertaken during probation.
