University administrative procedures

The University will maintain a personal file for each Administrator. Copies of each probationary review record (Form B) and the probationary assessment letter from the Head of Department following the final review and the fully completed initial training form (Form C) will be retained in the relevant file.

The DAP Officer will also maintain a database of Administrators that will include probation review and probation end dates. At the appropriate times the DAP Officer will remind divisional secretaries to initiate probationary reviews within relevant departments for administrators within their probationary period.
