The Reward Team have responsibility for the areas of:
- Job evaluation (gradings, regradings)
- Policy and guidance on salary administration (such as overtime arrangements, discretionary pay)
- Allowances and premiums (such as Market Pay, on-call and standby, responsibility, variable shift pattern, long service, acting-up allowances)
They also provide advice on non-standard arrangements, and non-financial reward.
